The first floor includes a master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with two large single beds, as well as en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms benefit of good size balconies, where magnificent sea and sunset views can be enjoyed.
Outside, the Villa looks out to fabulous views and has an inviting swimming pool to enjoy the sunny days. The large private pool and patio area are surrounded with gorgeously maintained lawn garden. The outdoor area is fully equipped with comfortable sunbeds, poolside shower, outside dining table and portable barbeque, perfect for an alfresco dining with friends and family. Additionally, the garden is connected to a pathway which leads directly to the sandy beach where you can enjoy the clear blue Mediterranean waters.

This amazing property is close to the traditional village of Polis and the Latchi strip on the Northern coast of Paphos offering a wide variety of amenities from traditional bars and pubs to more organic beach bar options, shops, mini markets and an abundance of fish and traditional taverns as well as more contemporary dining options. The beachline from Pomos Village all the way to Afrodite’s Baths in the Akamas National Park, is loaded with both organized and secluded beaches, primarily pebble beaches with crystal clear waters. For the fitter, a walk into the nature trails of the Akamas reserve is highly recommended. For the more adventurous, a boat hire from Latchi and a sea trip to the magnificent blue lagoon. There is horse riding in Lysos on the foothills of the Paphos mountains and go-carting on the outskirts of Polis. Paphos itself is a Unesco Heritage site, a vast archeological area, with remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs. and is also home to a significant number of monasteries which are full of history. Needless to stay, a car hire is highly recommended to enjoy what is a truly diverse, amazing area blessed with history, beautiful nature, tradition, local tastes, and customs.
The villa is equipped throughout with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied beach towels and two hairdryers for guests use.
