Covid 19 Reservations

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have implemented intensive cleaning and check in procedures. We would like to share with you some details so that you rest assured knowing that your safety is well thought off:

Property Cleaning and disinfection:

  • Our cleaners will always be using gloves and face masks.
  • Approved VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) cleaning disinfectant will be used to disinfect the properties.
  • Special attention is paid to all high-touch areas, including door knobs (inside and out), lockboxes or electronics lock panels, elevator buttons, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, etc.
  • Guests will have the preference to bring their own linen or to be provided by Ezoria.
  • Properties will be left empty for 24 hours between bookings.

 

Check in procedure:

  • Guests will be provided with access details (Key box codes, gate access etc) to safely check in to their booked properties without any human contact. However, we will always be on call in case you have any inquiries.
  • Through our e concierge app, on your phone you will be able to view all the details about the function of the property.
